McConnell Dowell is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our NSW team on a major infrastructure project on Sydney's Lower North Shore. Reporting to the commercial leadership, you will own the financial and contractual management of your area, lead subcontract procurement, variations and claims, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualificações

• At least five years’ experience in construction or infrastructure contract administration.
• Experience managing subcontractor claims, variations and procurement.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and ability to resolve contractual issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build productive relationships.
• A relevant tertiary qualification or substantial industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Managing subcontract procurement, negotiations, variations, claims and contract close-out.
• Monitoring project costs, financial reporting, risks and commercial opportunities.
• Ensuring head contract and subcontract obligations are understood and managed.
• Supporting and mentoring other contract administration personnel.
• Working closely with project and commercial leaders to drive effective commercial outcomes.
