Job summary

Downer NSW/ACT is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the Eastern Creek team. The role focuses on providing commercial and contract administration support from pre-contract through to successful project delivery, with travel across NSW and ACT.

Based in the Eastern Creek office, the role offers a full-time permanent position within a high-performing team. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and interpret contract terms to support civil, construction

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar contracts role.
• Undergraduate degree in Law, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or QS is advantageous.
• Experience in civil, construction or heavy industrial sectors preferred.
• Ability to interpret contract terms and legislation; strong negotiation and relationship skills.
• Collaborative with excellent communication and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract administration support from pre-contract through delivery.
• Support the Asphalting business and wider Transport & Infrastructure commercial function.
• Travel between project sites across NSW and ACT as required.
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
