Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6-month contract to support high-volume hiring in Sydney. You will screen candidates, source hard-to-fill roles, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to deliver an excellent recruitment experience.

The role requires strong people skills, proactive sourcing, and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment. Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and LinkedIn is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition is a plus, not essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess candidates for high-volume roles.
• Proactively source hard-to-fill roles via various channels.
• Partner with TABPs and hiring managers for a smooth recruitment experience.
• Manage candidates through the lifecycle and keep them engaged.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting in the ATS.
• Stay updated on market trends and sourcing practices.
