Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions in Sydney is seeking recruiters/senior recruiters to lead the fulfillment of high-volume vacancies. You will partner with hiring managers and act as the first point of contact for recruiting needs, driving best practices across the recruitment life cycle.

You will source candidates directly, manage the end-to-end process in line with client SLAs, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and advise on market trends to inform hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in high-volume end-to-end recruitment within staffing or corporate HR.
• Proven ability to conduct behavioural based interviews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing and work proactively with the Talent Sourcing team to pipeline in accordance with volume candidate requirements.
• Understanding the contractual recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs/SLAs are met.
• Building strong and positive relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Gaining a sound understanding of the designated client business area, including structure nature of business and challenges faced.
• Communicating market intelligence and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
• Identify and escalating risk and compliance queries.
• Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment related data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all times.
• Monitoring and analysing recruitment activity of designated business area for accurate volume forecasting, workload allocation and recruitment activities.
• Coaching candidates in preparation for interviews and providing them with professional advice and honest feedback in a timely manner.
• Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to ensure information is current and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.
