Paxus is seeking an organised Project Admin/Coordinator to join the field operations team supporting field crews across Northshore depots. This is a 6-month full-time contract with hybrid working arrangements and potential extension.

You will dispatch jobs, respond to urgent incidents, and provide essential administrative and operational support across multiple depots. SAP experience and a full driver license are essential while training is conducted on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch jobs to field crews using the works management system.
• Respond to urgent incidents and coordinate the appropriate field crews.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to operational teams.
• Assist with purchasing and procurement activities.
• Process information and photographic evidence relating to third-party damage claims.
• Provide onsite support to depot operations.
• Coordinate and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with leave coverage and operational requirements across different depots.
• Complete various ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
• Communicate effectively with field crews, team leaders and other stakeholders.
