ACT NoWaste in Canberra is seeking a detail-oriented Service Delivery Officer to support the Household Waste Collections contract. The temporary role involves monitoring kerbside waste/recycling services and collaborating with contractors to ensure service standards are met.

You will analyze performance data, prepare reports and assist with audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic ACT Government environment.

Qualificações

• Experience monitoring service delivery or contract performance.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent written communication for reports, correspondence and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and relationship-building.
• Experience conducting audits or inspections is highly regarded.
