Job summary

Downer, in partnership with Homes Victoria, is seeking a Contract Officer to join the Homes Victoria team. You will support day-to-day contract administration, performance reporting and governance processes to ensure reliable service delivery for social housing communities in Victoria.

The role focuses on maintaining contract records, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with operations and service partners. Strong data skills in Excel and attention to detail are essential, along with a collaborative

Qualifications

• Qualification in Business, Commerce, Contract Management, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of contract performance management and KPIs.
• Ability to analyse large data sets in Excel, including pivot tables and trend analysis.
• High attention to detail with data reconciliation across systems.
• Well-developed organisational skills for high-volume, time-sensitive contracts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract records, registers, variations, correspondence and approvals in accordance with governance requirements.
• Track contract performance, KPIs and service levels; prepare performance reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate between operations, service delivery partners and the contract management team to enable effective service delivery outcomes.
• Prepare meeting papers, minutes, actions and follow-ups for governance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support governance reviews.
