Australian Motoring Services Pty is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join on a temporary basis from our Melbourne office with a hybrid work setup. You will manage a high volume of customer support tickets and handle inquiries through to resolution.

Candidates should be tech-savvy, confident with customer enquiries, and able to work in a fast-paced ticket environment. Zendesk experience is highly regarded and you will collaborate with internal teams to improve processes.

Qualifikationen

• Previous technical or customer support experience.
• Experience within SaaS, technology, telecommunications, utilities or EV charging.
• Zendesk experience is highly regarded.
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working across multiple systems.
• Ability to prioritise and stay organised in a high-volume environment.
• Customer-focused approach to resolving issues.

Aufgaben

• Manage a high volume of customer support tickets and respond to inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve straightforward technical issues.
• Handle enquiries, complaints, disputes and refunds.
• Manage escalations and identify next steps.
• Provide clear, professional written responses to customers.
• Work across multiple systems while meeting SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
