Job summary

Randstad HR Partners Sydney is seeking a commercially focused HR Business Partner to cover a 12-month parental leave contract in Sydney CBD. You will partner with a national client group to deliver strategic advisory, employee relations, talent programs and continuous improvement initiatives across designated business units.

Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will manage stakeholder relationships, coach leaders on culture and talent, handle employee relations matters, and drive annual people

Qualifications

• Strong business partnering capability with experience in a fast-paced professional services or corporate environment.
• Excellent communication skills and sound employment relations expertise.
• Sharp commercial judgment and discretion in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership coaching and culture initiatives with business leaders.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, probations, and terminations.
• Drive annual people processes including remuneration reviews, talent mapping, and promotions.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and lifecycle management for designated units.
• Champion DEI, wellbeing, and L&D initiatives across the People team.
