The Next Step Recruitment Company in Sydney CBD NSW seeks an HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support a national client group of ~100 employees. The role blends business partnering, employee relations, talent initiatives and project work in a hands-on, relationship-driven environment.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive HR initiatives, support change programs, and help with recruitment while delivering practical advice and maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' experience in a HRBP capacity.
• Experience within professional services, consulting, legal, accounting or partnership-based environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence managing employee relations and performance conversations.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to join a respected professional services organisation in Sydney CBD on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave.

About the Role

Supporting a national client group of approximately 100 employees, this role offers a broad mix of business partnering, employee relations, talent initiatives and project work. You'll work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in delivering people solutions that support both immediate business needs and longer-term organisational objectives.

This is an ideal opportunity for an emerging HR professional who enjoys operating in a hands-on partnering role and is looking to further develop their experience within a sophisticated, fast-paced and relationship-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide practical HR advice and support
