Job summary

Synergy is seeking a Contract Fulfilment Coordinator for a 12-month opportunity based in Perth. You will ensure all new and existing contestable customer contracts are fulfilled on time and in line with market rules and internal governance.

Working within the Business Customer support team, you’ll collaborate with sales and service colleagues, manage onboarding and renewal activities, and build positive relationships with industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in frontline customer service roles or contract administration.
• Experience with onboarding, renewals and customer operations.
• Energy industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement contract fulfilment tasks for new and existing contestable business customers.
• Ensure activities are completed accurately and on time with governance requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, service teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain organised task management to meet service levels.
• Build positive customer experiences and relationships with industry stakeholders.
