Job summary

Synergy, based in Western Australia, is seeking a Contract Fulfilment Coordinator for a 12-month role in our Perth Central Park Office. You will work within the Business Customer support team to ensure successful onboarding and renewals of contestable contracts, aligning with regulatory rules and internal governance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in frontline customer service roles, service specialist roles, contract administration, fulfilment, sales support, customer operations or other specialist customer service environments.
  • Energy industry familiarity and SAP/Salesforce experience are preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated understanding of compliance, governance and process disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Implement contract fulfilment tasks for new and existing contestable business customers, including new connections, customer churns and transfers, contract renewals, metering changes and other market transactions in accordance with regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Ensure fulfilment activities and customer contracts are completed accurately, on time and comply with market rules, governance and regulatory requirements, including service level agreements.
  • Work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive culture.
  • Demonstrate effective organisation skills, strong attention to detail and quality assurance, and optimisation of task management to meet agreed service level agreements.
  • Drive a positive customer experience and build effective relationships internally with sales and service teams and externally with 54 industry stakeholders, local authorities and third-party representatives.

Role Description:

The Contract Fulfilment Coordinator role is an exciting 12month opportunity based in our Perth Central Park Office.

The role sits within the Business Customer support team, which delivers services and solutions tailored to the evolving energy needs of business customers, with an increasing focus on green and sustainable offerings.

The Contract Fulfilment Coordinator ensures all new and existing contestable customer contracts are fulfilled successfully. They work collaboratively to deliver a positive on-boarding or renewal experience and ensure that all internal engagement activities are completed within business rules.

Job responsibilities:
