Role Description

The Business Analyst is a newly created 12-month Max-Term contract opportunity in our Customer Projects & Enablement team based at our Perth Central Park office. Working closely with stakeholders across the Customer Business Unit, this role will analyse business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and translate business needs into practical solutions that deliver value for both customers and the organisation.

Partnering with project teams, subject matter experts and technical teams, the Business Analyst will facilitate workshops, gather and prioritise requirements, undertake process analysis, and support the delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives. The role will also contribute to solution design, testing and implementation to ensure successful and sustainable outcomes.

This opportunity is suited to a collaborative and customer-focused professional who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving positive change. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to influence outcomes across a diverse stakeholder group.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather, document and prioritise business requirements that align with organisational objectives.
• Develop high-quality analysis artefacts, including requirements documentation, process maps and business impact assessments.
• Collaborate with project teams, developers and subject matter experts to evaluate solution options and support successful project delivery.
• Support testing, business readiness and implementation activities to ensure new processes and solutions are effectively adopted and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

• Experience partnering with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solution-focused outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, meetings and requirements-gathering activities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Business analysis experience, including process mapping and documentation, together with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
