Job summary

Jowett Motor Group is seeking an experienced Senior Stock Controller for our Brighton dealership, supporting Honda, Geely and Chery brands. The six-month contract runs Monday–Friday during standard business hours with immediate start.

You will own end-to-end stock processes, manage stock swaps and ensure timely delivery while supporting a team member. The role requires a minimum of two years in the automotive industry, with experience in stock control and dealership administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' automotive industry experience.
• Experience in vehicle stock control or dealership administration.
• Experience with Honda, Geely or Chery preferred.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and inventory processes.
• VicRoads experience essential.
• Experience with dealership management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end vehicle stock process from order to delivery.
• Manage stock swaps, transfers and inter-dealership movements.
• Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records and stock costs.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, service and vehicle preparation teams.
• Lead and support one stock administration team member.
