Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our Sydney team working on commercial fitout and refurbishment projects. You will manage subcontractor procurement, prepare subcontract agreements, handle variations and payment claims, and support budgets and cost reporting across the project lifecycle.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming Sydney projects, the role offers exposure across procurement to close-out and a clear path to Senior CA or Project Management.

Qualifications

• Contracts Administrator experience within commercial construction.
• Fitout / refurbishment experience highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of procurement, contracts and variations.
• Confident managing subcontractors and trade packages.
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Construction Management or Quantity Surveying qualification preferred.

• Manage subcontractor procurement and trade packages
