Job summary

You will mentor Contracts Administrators, review procurement and contract strategy, manage variations and claims, and partner with PMs to drive forecasting, cost reporting and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior CA/Contracts Manager in a head contractor setting.
• Proven procurement, contract letting and commercial management experience.
• Comfortable overseeing multiple projects across an industrial portfolio.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
• Autonomous and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Contracts Administrators across project teams.
• Review procurement, subcontract letting and commercial strategy.
• Assist with variations, claims, EOTs, and contractual issues.
• Ensure consistent forecasting, cost reporting and processes.
• Collaborate with PMs, senior management and the commercial team.
• Identify commercial risk early and support close-out.
