Job summary

Buildcorp in Sydney is seeking a Contract Administrator to support fit-out projects. You’ll manage subcontractor and supplier contracts from procurement to finalisation, review and administer subcontracts, and ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and HSE requirements.

Collaborating with project teams, clients, and suppliers, you’ll contribute to cost forecasting, cashflow, and monthly reporting, with a focus on value and risk management in complex construction settings.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in contract administration in complex construction or fit-out projects.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts from procurement to finalisation.
• Review, negotiate, and administer subcontracts in line with Buildcorp frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and HSE requirements.
• Process and assess subcontractor claims, variations, and progress payments.
• Support project teams with cost forecasting, cashflow, and monthly reporting.
• Contribute to budget performance by identifying opportunities for cost and time savings.
