Job summary

You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, manage variations, and oversee contract-related paperwork, reporting to site and office teams.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or diploma is required.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work in a busy environment.
• Organised and methodical, able to start and finish tasks promptly.
• Ability to communicate scope and produce marked-up contract renewals and documents for project site and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and, where necessary, vary terms and conditions.
• Prepare, interpret, maintain, review and negotiate contracts and contract variations on behalf of organisations.
• Develop, review and negotiate contracts and contract variations, ensuring compliance with company policies and laws.
• Review insurance requirements.
• Resolve contract-related enquiries and issues.
• Manage and maintain paperwork associated with contracts.
• Oversee work by contractors and report on variations to work orders.
• Manage contract renewals, extensions and terminations.
• Prepare and review organisational activity submissions and reports.
• Produce and assess progress claims to clients and subcontractors.
