Built is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our commercial construction team in Western Australia. You will support procurement, cost control and contract administration on high-profile projects, collaborating closely with project and site teams to ensure commercial success.

With a minimum of two years experience in commercial buildings, you will apply your numerical, analytical and communication skills to manage claims, variations and payments while developing your commercial acumen.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years' experience on commercial building projects in Contract Admin or Quantity Surveying.
• Solid understanding of contract administration, procurement, project cost control and financial management principles.
• Strong numerical, analytical and commercial acumen with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to build relationships across project teams and stakeholders.
• Positive mindset with willingness to learn and deliver outstanding project outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Support procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
• Assess progress claims, variations and subcontractor payments.
• Assist with project forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Contribute to management of contractual obligations and commercial risk.
• Build strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
