Job summary

DSD in Surry Hills seeks a driven Contract Administrator to support delivery of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects across Australia. You will work with Project Managers, Site Managers and leadership to drive procurement through final account.

Role involves managing subcontract agreements, scopes of works, procurement, variations and forecasting, while maintaining budgets and scheduling. Procore experience and proactive ownership are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction, fitout or refurbishment.
• ,

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer subcontract agreements
• Write scopes of works for subcontract and trade packages
• Manage procurement, trade letting and subcontractor negotiations
• Assess progress claims, variations and payment schedules
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts and project cash flows
• Maintain project budgets and monitor commercial performance
• Develop and manage design and construction programmes
• Coordinate design deliverables, approvals and construction sequencing
• Manage RFIs, document registers and contractual correspondence
• Support head contract administration and client reporting
• Identify commercial, programme and delivery risks and assist with resolution
• Maintain accurate project records through Procore
• Support project close-out, defects and final account negotiations
