Job summary

Your New Company in Brisbane is seeking Contract Administrators to join site or project teams, working closely with a Senior CA and Project Manager to drive contract and financial management from start to finish.

Projects vary from multi-storey apartments to high-end homes and commercial towers; roles exist across a range of well‑established builders with strong pipelines and long‑term career progression.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Contract Administrator on residential or commercial projects.
• Experience with contracts administration, cost tracking, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, and letting.
• Negotiate and finalise contracts and supplier agreements.
• Track project costs and assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Administer variations, progress claims, and payment schedules.
• Maintain RFI registers and support project documentation workflows.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to overall program delivery with focus on cost, compliance, and timeframes.
