Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is recruiting for multiple Senior Contract Administrator roles across Brisbane for leading residential and commercial builders. You will join either site or project teams to drive contract and financial management from start to finish on projects valued at $10M+.

You'll negotiate contracts, manage procurement and variations, and support monthly reporting while liaising with consultants and stakeholders to keep programs on track and compliant.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Contract Administrator.
• Experience on residential or commercial projects valued at $10M+.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, and letting
• Negotiate and finalise contracts and supplier agreements
• Track project costs and assist with monthly financial reporting
• Administer variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
• Maintain RFI registers and support project documentation workflows
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and key stakeholders
• Contribute to overall program delivery with a focus on cost, compliance, and timeframes
