Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage end-to-end contractual administration for subcontractors and major suppliers across our Sydney and Marsden Park projects. You will support the Development and Operations teams to align contract administration with project objectives and drive efficiency.

Ideal candidates have experience in large construction contracts, strong financial management skills, and the ability to navigate complex agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor on large multi-disciplinary construction projects.
• Experience in preparation of contract agreements.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes and meet deadlines.
• Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain NV1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial aspects of construction contracts and identify risks.
• Oversee cost control and budget adherence.
• Procure subcontractors and negotiate commercial terms.
• Analyse contractor pricing and verify rates.
• Track milestones, payments and reporting on contracts.
• Maintain contract registers and documentation.
