Job summary

Built is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator for data centre projects in Marsden Park, Sydney. You will lead commercial packages, drive cost outcomes, manage risk and support project delivery with project leaders and site teams.

You will own contract administration, procurement, cost control, and financial reporting across key work packages, with a focus on maintaining strong commercial governance and relationships to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to interpret contracts, manage claims and navigate commercial risk.
• Experience in procurement, cost control, contract management and financial reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence project outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate with project managers and site teams to deliver on commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade scoping, procurement, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Take ownership of measurement, valuation, variations, and final accounts.
• Drive cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting across packages.
• Manage contract administration, including contractual notices and claims.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial risk across the project lifecycle.
