Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in Sydney to lead major data centre and mission-critical projects from feasibility through handover. You will act as the primary client contact, guiding multi-disciplinary teams, managing scope, schedule, budget and procurement, and delivering governance across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction/project management.
• Experience delivering complex projects in data centres or mission-critical sectors.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from feasibility to handover.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and major contractors.
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of major data centre and mission-critical projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear project leadership and strategic advice.
• Manage project scope, programme, budget, procurement, risk and quality.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams across design and delivery.
• Manage tendering, procurement and contractor engagement.
• Oversee construction delivery and provide governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, variations and commercial considerations.
• Chair project meetings and provide reporting to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop project managers and junior staff.
