Job summary

Tower Projects Pty is seeking a Contract Administrator to support our Western Sydney delivery teams. You will work with Project Managers to oversee commercial aspects from procurement through to final accounts, ensuring projects stay on track and well-documented.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry.
• Experience across Aged Care, Education, Community or Residential projects is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of Australian standard form contracts (AS4000, AS2124, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Managing head contract and subcontract administration across projects.
• Preparing, reviewing and issuing subcontract agreements and scopes of work.
• Managing variations, progress claims and payment schedules.
• Cost tracking, forecasting and budget management.
• Procurement of trades and suppliers in line with project programmes.
• Ensuring contractual compliance and accurate project documentation.
• Supporting project reporting and maintaining project management systems.
• Assisting with risk management, value engineering and commercial negotiations.
• Building strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients through clear and straightforward communication.
