Tower Projects Pty is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of construction projects in Western Sydney, working with the Construction Manager. You’ll be hands-on with approvals, design coordination, procurement and subcontractor management to keep programs on time and on budget.

In this role you’ll own your project, partner with stakeholders across aged care, education and residential sectors, and contribute to a culture built on integrity and teamwork.

Formación

• 5+ years delivery as a Project Manager in construction
• Bachelor degree in PM/Construction or equivalent
• Experience delivering projects up to $5M
• Experience in Aged Care, Education, Assembly and Residential buildings
• Strong programming, time management and design coordination
• Confident stakeholder management and communication
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
• Proficiency with project management software (Cheops, MS Project, Bluebeam)

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of construction projects with Construction Manager support
• Coordinate authority approvals and design
• Manage procurement, subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee stakeholder communications and project budgets
• Ensure projects are on time and on budget
