Job summary

Linktal Recruitment is partnering with a Tier 2 builder in Sydney to recruit a Contract Administrator for Class 2 apartment projects. You will support commercial delivery from procurement through to completion, working with the Project Manager and site teams on financial and contractual aspects.

You will manage subcontractor procurement, prepare tender docs, assess progress claims and variations, and monitor costs to help achieve time, cost, and quality targets for Western Sydney projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within a Tier 1–3 builder.
• Strong experience delivering Class 2 apartment projects in NSW.
• Sound knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor procurement and letting of trade packages.
• Prepare scopes of work and tender documentation.
• Assess subcontractor progress claims and variations.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, and reporting.
• Administer head and subcontracts in line with project requirements.
• Support project delivery to achieve time, cost, and quality objectives.
