Buildcorp in Sydney is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead commercial management on complex construction projects. You will develop procurement strategies, manage contract and financial risk, and oversee change control to protect the project’s commercial outcome.

You''ll work with subcontractors and clients, assess risks, and provide strategic guidance to senior leaders, ensuring engaged stakeholders and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator on complex construction/fit-out projects.
• Strong ability to manage commercial aspects, procurement, and contract administration.
• Demonstrated track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with commercial risk control.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or quantity surveying.

Responsibilities

• Prepare procurement strategies and breakdowns for works packages.
• Drive review processes to award packages within timeframes and budgets.
• Manage contract, commercial, and financial risks with accurate forecasting of costs and revenue.
• Lead identification and quantification of head contract changes and client negotiations.
• Ensure market coverage via networks of subcontractors and consultants to meet scope and financial goals.
• Assess risks and implement controls; escalate actual or potential risks.
• Provide strategic advice on complex contractual issues to leaders and project teams.
• Foster active stakeholder engagement and strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the community.
