Buildcorp in Sydney is seeking a Contract Administrator to support our fit-out projects. You’ll partner with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams, managing contracts from procurement to close-out with a sharp commercial focus.

This role requires qualifications in construction management, engineering, or quantity surveying, strong organisational skills, and a collaborative, solutions-minded approach to delivering value.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration on complex construction or fit-out projects.
• Qualifications in construction management, engineering, or quantity surveying.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise conflicting tasks.
• Commercial acumen with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts from procurement to finalisation.
• Review, negotiate, and administer subcontracts in line with Buildcorp frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and HSE requirements.
• Process and assess subcontractor claims, variations, and progress payments.
• Support project teams with cost forecasting, cashflow, and monthly reporting.
• Contribute to budget performance by identifying opportunities for cost and time savings.
