  • Maintain and organise complete documentation for supply contracts, vendor agreements, and service records.
  • Collaborate with business owners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support operational and business objectives.
  • Provide advice to senior management on key operational and contractual matters and implement approved decisions.
  • Monitor contractor and service provider performance, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and recording variations in work orders.
  • Prepare, review, and submit operational and performance reports relating to business activities.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret supply chain and operational data and report findings to management.
  • Develop, assess, maintain, and amend contractual agreements on behalf of the organisation to support business efficiency.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dandenong South VIC 3175 . The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant full-time experience or part-time equivalent and a Diploma or higher qualification in business or management studies or related fields. This role involves developing,reviewing, and negotiating contracts, resolving inquiries and issues, managing contract paperwork, and ensuring that our organisational goals are met.
