Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish high-quality content for public relations, articles, product descriptions, social media and the bank’s website.
• Conduct research on topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Proofread and perform quality control to ensure grammatical and factual accuracy and brand consistency.
• Edit and revise content to ensure clarity and quality.
• Assist the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
• Identify customer needs and recommend new content to fill gaps in the bank’s content.
