Capital Region Community Services Ltd– Bruce ACT is seeking a Content Production and Digital Communications Officer to join our Impact and Engagement team. This hands-on role creates content for social media, websites, newsletters, email campaigns and printed materials to help people access services and participate in community activities.

Work with colleagues across CRCS and our design and marketing team under the Executive Manager, Impact and Engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level qualification in communication, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience producing content for websites, social media, email and print.
• Experience scheduling content on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Working knowledge of website content systems, email platforms and digital reporting tools.
• Storytelling with privacy and consent considerations.

Aufgaben

• Write, edit and publish clear, accessible content for different audiences.
• Schedule social media content, monitor engagement, refer sensitive matters for guidance.
• Update website content and prepare newsletters and email communications.
• Gather and develop participant stories with care, consent and respect.
• Support campaigns promoting services, events and volunteering.
• Collate digital performance data and prepare straightforward reports.
• Apply CRCS brand, accessibility, privacy and child-safety requirements.
