This is a sales role, but good customer service matters just as much. We want supporters to feel listened to, well looked after and comfortable speaking with our team.
You’ll be speaking with people who already know and support Deaf Lottery, so there’s no cold calling.
The money raised through Deaf Lottery helps fund programs and services for Deaf, deafblind and hard of hearing Australians, including community programs, grants and support services.
You don’t need previous call centre or sales experience. Whether you’re new to the industry or already have experience in sales, customer service, call centres or fundraising, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be a good fit if you:
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, call centres or fundraising is useful, but not essential.
If you’ve worked with customers before, you may already have many of the skills needed for the role - talking to different people, answering questions, solving problems and helping people make decisions.
No direct sales experience? That’s okay. We provide training and coaching to help you get started.
If you’re good with people and want a sales role with uncapped bonuses, flexible weekday hours, hybrid work and a cause worth supporting, we’d love to hear from you.
