Deaf Connect in Brisbane is seeking a friendly, target-driven team member for the Deaf Lottery fundraiser. You’ll speak with existing supporters, handle enquiries and help drive individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Work is hybrid with flexible weekday hours and no weekend shifts. You’ll join a supportive team, receive training, uncapped bonuses, and opportunities for career progression into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• No prior call centre or sales experience required; training provided.
• Enjoy talking to people and working toward sales targets.
• Listen well and communicate clearly; focus on customer experience.
