Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking passionate contact centre consultants in QLD, Burpengary, offering full-time or part-time roles with training provided. Remote/hybrid considered for the right candidate, with duties including handling multi-channel communications and promoting services.

Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, strong phone manner, attention to detail, and be team players who are fast learners with good computer skills.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR certification required.
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check required.
• Willing to obtain checks if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, social platforms, SMS and web messages.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer needs while upholding service standards.
• Engage with customers and promote Belgravia Leisure services.
• Develop positive relationships to provide excellent customer experiences.
• Follow duties as directed by the manager.

The Role

We are looking for passionate contact centre consultants who are prepared to put the customer at the centre of everything they do by delivering exceptional service, promoting our brand and services to potential and existing customers. We are looking for full-time or part-time representatives who have flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends.

A few of the duties and responsibilities included are:

• Inbound and outbound customer communication through phone, email, social platforms, SMS and web message
• Provide excellent customer service, by responding to customers’ needs or concerns and ensure the quality of service meets agreed customer service standards.
• Engaging with customers and promoting our services
• Develop positive relationships with customers to provide the best customer experience.
• Additionally, performing tasks as guided by your manager.

Essential qualifications

• Current First Aid (Level 2)
• Current CPR Certificate
• Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
• National Police Check
