Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to place orders, answer product inquiries, provide quotes, returns and issue resolution.
• Cross-sell or upsell related products to customers when appropriate.
• Support outbound telesales campaigns as part of sales/marketing activities.
• Complete and maintain accurate records and documentation; prepare data/reports as required.
• Adhere to Mastercard policies and procedures and meet productivity targets.
