Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Representative for our Contact Center in Australia to handle inbound customer calls, process orders, quotes and inquiries while delivering excellent service.

The role includes supporting outbound campaigns, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with cross-selling and upselling to meet KPI targets in a shift-based environment. Shift work is required as the Contact Centre operates 7 days per week, 24 hours per day.
