Cathara Consulting is seeking an experienced Consultant/Business Analyst to join our team and support diverse consulting engagements. You will work with business leaders and project teams to analyze problems, map processes and create financial models, delivering high-quality client deliverables.

You will translate complex challenges into practical recommendations, facilitate workshops, and produce decision papers and reports for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in a Big Four or boutique consulting firm.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in financial modelling, business cases and benefits analysis.
• Experience mapping customer journeys and improving customer outcomes.
• Excellent report-writing and executive communication skills.
• A confident facilitator who can engage diverse and senior stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and deliver polished, client-ready outcomes.
• Experience in transformation, systems implementation or operating-model engagements.

This role will suit a commercially minded professional with at least five years’ experience in a Big Four or boutique consultancy. You will bring strong stakeholder engagement, business analysis and report-writing skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear, practical recommendations.

You will work with business leaders, project teams to analyse business problems, map processes and customer journeys, develop financial models and business cases, and produce high-quality client deliverables.
