Job summary

Duratec is seeking a Tender/Bid Coordinator to manage high-quality EOI and tender responses for construction projects. You will coordinate deliverables, collate information from cross-functional teams, and ensure content is accurate and compliant with branding and regulations.

With strong Excel and Word skills, you will proofread content, maintain bid libraries, and support improvement of proposal processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Tender/Bid/Proposals Coordinator.
• Experience in the construction/building industry or similar desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent attention to detail including document formatting, editing, copywriting and proofreading.
• Strong organizational skills with planning and time management.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with tender/proposal industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all deliverables for tender submissions and ensure timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for tenders.
• Work with subject matter experts to craft accurate and impactful content.
• Ensure proposals comply with company branding and industry regulations.
• Conduct thorough reviews to ensure quality and accuracy of submissions.
• Assist with maintaining data and bid information libraries.
• Review and update CVs, Case Studies, and Capability Statements.
