Job summary

Komatsu Australia is seeking a Technology Specialist to deliver support across customer and branch locations in Queensland and surrounding regions. You will guide product demonstrations, delivery, setup, training and ongoing field support for construction technology solutions such as machine guidance, machine control and digital site tools.

The role targets a capable technician with experience in construction tech, strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work autonomously with travel

Qualifications

Experience in construction technology or related technical field support.
Ability to support, troubleshoot and explain digital site systems.
Trade qualification in field service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers, sales and service teams.
Provide specialist demonstrations, delivery, handover and on-site training.
Support sales through technical discussions and solution guidance.
Assist with machine setup, calibration and field implementation.
Build strong relationships across branches and customer sites.
