Job summary

Komatsu Australia is seeking a Technology Specialist to support and demonstrate construction technology solutions across customer sites and branches in Queensland. You will guide system setup, training, and ongoing field support for machine guidance, site technologies and fleet management, working closely with sales and service teams.

You will travel across Queensland and Northern NSW, providing hands-on demonstrations, troubleshooting, and customer workflow alignment while building strong

Qualifications

Experience in construction technology, machine guidance or related technical field support.
Ability to support, troubleshoot and explain digital site systems.
Proven customer-focused communication and field service skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical liaison between customers, sales, service and Komatsu.
Demonstrate and deliver Komatsu technology products to customers.
Assist with machine build, setup, calibration and field deployment of tech systems.
Support the sales process with technical guidance and customer workflow alignment.
Maintain relationships across branches and sites and drive adoption of technology.
