Job summary

Devision Recruitment is seeking an Implementation & Training Consultant for a fast-growing Australian construction technology SaaS business based in Parramatta. You will lead post-sale onboarding, configure the platform, run workshops, and enable client teams to adopt the solution.

You will manage go-live, data migration, training, and ongoing success, reporting to the Professional Services Manager. Construction tech experience and strong stakeholder management are highly valued.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering SaaS onboarding and implementation services.
Strong workshop facilitation and process discovery skills.
Hands-on configuration capabilities and problem-solving.
Experience training and enabling end-users.
Experience testing cycles, defect tracking, and go-live readiness.
Solid project management with scope, risk, and time tracking.
Strong stakeholder management guiding non-technical users.
Construction tech experience (desirable).
Qualifications in business, PM, IT, or training/adult learning (desirable).

Responsibilities

Review signed scopes, establish implementation plans and client rhythms.
Facilitate structured workshops to gather processes and map workflows.
Configure the platform and coordinate data preparation and migration.
Advise clients on platform best practices and adoption to maximise value.
Prepare testing and go-live activities, enablement materials, and training.
Plan and deliver client training and workshops.
Oversee go-live cutovers and hypercare support.
Maintain project records, risk logs and status reports.
Handover to Client Services with complete configuration context and documentation.
Capture delivery lessons for knowledge bases and product feedback.
