Job summary

White Bay in Australia seeks a Technical Implementation Consultant to work with enterprise insurance customers across complex platform delivery projects. The role sits between consulting, configuration and technical delivery, requiring both business understanding and technical problem solving.

You’ll configure workflows, rules and platform behavior, translate requirements into system outcomes, and support integrations, testing and deployments while collaborating with developers, BAs and delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in Implementation Consulting or similar hybrid role.
• Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience configuring SaaS platforms, workflows, or system logic.
• Comfortable using SQL for querying, validation or troubleshooting.
• Enjoy solving technical problems, not just gathering requirements.
• Able to think functionally and technically when solving problems.
• Insurance, financial services or regulated environments experience is beneficial but not essential.

A growing Australian SaaS company is expanding its implementation capability and looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant to work directly with enterprise insurance customers across complex platform delivery projects.

This is not a traditional functional consultant role and it is not a pure developer role either. The environment suits someone who enjoys working with customers, understanding how businesses operate and then translating those requirements into real system behaviour through configuration, logic and technical problem solving.

You will sit in the space between consulting, configuration and technical delivery.

The platform itself is highly configurable. The work is varied, fast-moving and genuinely interesting, particularly for someone who enjoys understanding how systems behave under the hood.
