Job summary

ProcurePro in Australia is hiring a Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex enterprise deployments of our procurement platform. You will partner with project teams to deliver end-to-end implementations, from discovery through activation, across some of the country’s largest construction organisations.

You’ll run workshops, train teams from cadets to CEOs, turn messy documents into a centralised system, and shape how our professional services operates.

Qualifications

• Multiple concurrent project management experience (essential).
• Excellent stakeholder management, including at executive level (essential).
• Comfort challenging customers (essential).
• A genuine love of process and checklists; you value methodical work.
• High ownership and exceptional organisation (essential).

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise implementations end-to-end: kickoff through activation.
• Run workshops and training with stakeholders from cadets through to CEOs.
• Transform chaos into order: centralise procurement solutions from messy docs, systems and processes.
• Improve how the team implements: contribute to processes, templates, and tools.
• Coach other Implementation Managers: mentor the team by example.
• Own the handover, not just the launch: ensure seamless transitions with Customer Success.
