Job summary

Resourcing Group is recruiting a Construction Supervisor to support a Brisbane-based home builder across the Southside. You will report directly to the Construction Manager and oversee investment homes, ensuring timely delivery and quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate is a qualified carpenter with a Site Supervisor or Builder's license, strong attention to detail, and proven scheduling ability using tablet-based software.

Qualifications

• Qualified carpenter with Site Supervisor or Builder's or Builder’s License.
• Experience with a house builder.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong scheduling and planning using tablet-based software.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Construction Manager.
• Deliver investment homes within reasonable time frames and to quality.

The Role
You will reportdirectly to the Construction Manager delivering investment homes within reasonable time frames and quality. You will be an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor with a background in carpentry who has a proven record of delivering investment builds.

The Requirements
You will be a qualified carpenter with Site Supervisors or Builders License and previous experience with a house builder. You will have a fantastic eye for detail as well as a strong ability to schedule and plan ahead using tablet based software programs.
