Job summary

Plantation Homes in Brisbane, QLD is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee multiple knockdown rebuild and new home projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality across South East Brisbane and Bayside sites. You will coordinate trades, maintain WHS and building code compliance, and lead site teams with strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

With a strong pipeline of projects across Brisbane, we’re expanding our team and looking for skilledConstruction Supervisors to help us deliver exceptional homes in 2026 and beyond.

About the Role

This role is ideal for supervisors with demonstrated experience managingknockdown rebuilds and stand alone builds. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects across South East Brisbane / Bayside, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple new home builds
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and quality standards
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and client expectations
• Problem-solve site-specific challenges (e.g. access, demolition)
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams

About You

• Proven experience inknockdown rebuilds and residential construction
• Strong understanding of Brisbane’s inner-city building conditions
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Builders licence– required
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction– required
• White Card and valid Driver’s Licence
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
