We’re looking for a Construction Supervisor to oversee multiple commercial construction projects across Adelaide, bringing together people, planning and practical expertise to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines hands-on construction knowledge with the confidence to lead people, manage competing priorities and keep projects moving forward.

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Demonstrated experience managing construction projects, particularly within commercial construction.
• The ability to coordinate multiple projects, subcontractors and site activities.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to challenges, quality and project delivery.
• A sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• A hands-on trade background, such as carpentry, or extensive on-site construction experience.

Essential requirements:

• Valid South Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Construction White Card.
• Demonstrated construction project management experience.
• Commercial construction experience.

Highly regarded:

• A relevant construction trade qualification.
• A Bachelor of Construction or a related qualification.
• Estimating experience, or a genuine interest in developing your skills in this area.

• Ensuring high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction throughout each project.
