Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction with site supervision encouraged.
• Exposure to projects valued between $10M and $40M.
• Understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and workmanship.
• Carpentry background is highly regarded.

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a premium national commercial contractor seeking a capable Site Supervisor / Junior Site Supervisorto join its Adelaide team and contribute to a secure pipeline of exciting commercial projects.

The Role

As Site Supervisor / Junior Site Supervisor, you will support and coordinate day-to-day site operations across commercial fit-out and new-build projects, helping ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Working closely with the Project Manager and broader project team, you will coordinate trades, monitor progress and help maintain programme, safety and quality expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating site activities across commercial fit-out and new-build projects
• Managing subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site resources
• Supporting construction sequencing, programmes and project milestones
• Maintaining high standards across WHS, quality assurance and compliance
