Design & Build in South Australia is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for residential construction projects across SA. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, manage budgets, and ensure timely, high-quality finishes.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years as a site supervisor, a Building work contractor's licence, and strong problem-solving skills. This role offers a structured, fast-paced environment with opportunities to contribute to community-focused homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor delivering domestic projects to completion.
• Building work contractor's licence is essential.
• Knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and finishes.

• Deliver homes defect-free and manage rectification where required.
• Drive efficient workflows and ensure construction quality meets company and industry standards.
